The mission of POSH YOGA is to guide the student on their own journey of self-discovery, through the internal walls and barriers that keep one from sensing their true life force energy and essence. The journey is unique to each individual, but through the process of assessment and introspection, we awaken inner strength, resilience, peace and healing. POSH YOGA is the intentional sharing of principles and tools from a non-judgmental platform to enable the student the ability to identify opportunities to integrate healthy practices, resulting in a more balanced lifestyle of mind, body and emotional awareness in society.
